Robb Vaules is a candidate for the Scottsdale Unified No. 48 Governing Board in 2022.
Vaules was born and raised in the Valley, attending the Scottsdale district schools of Hopi, Ingleside, and graduating from Arcadia High School in 1982. Vaules earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University and completed graduate work in Advertising at The University of Texas, Austin.
Robb has more than 30 years of operations, sales, and marketing experience within the Healthcare, Advertising, and Software industries, with the last 18 years in the Diagnostic Imaging segment. His expertise has been in developing successful business management, marketing, strategic account management, and sales programs while targeting senior leadership at hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
Vaules was a Substitute Teacher for SUSD after his son’s Special Education teacher asked for help covering his classroom when he was off. Robb knew the students and understood the need for support from the teacher and classroom support staff. For the next two years, as his schedule allowed, he would work in most of the schools in the district and especially enjoyed helping the special education programs in other schools.
Robb is currently Vice President of Western US Sales with a Phoenix-based Telemedicine Practice. He is Board Secretary for the Arizona Center for Disability Law and has previously served on the Minnesota and Arizona State Boards for the March of Dimes. Vaules lives in Scottsdale with his Wife and Son, a senior at Desert Mountain High School.
